Everly Real Estate represented Zaxby's in the Purchase of a Retail Pad Site at the East Gate Shopping Center in South Riding, VA. We closed on the Purchase December 2018 and Zaxby's held their Grand Opening on September 16th 2019. This is the first of seven planned locations in Loudoun County.
