After selling his company in 2002, Matt started his real estate career. Since that time he has closed in excess of 100 million dollars in commercial sale/lease transactions. He started Everly Real Estate in 2010.

Licensed in Virginia, born in Arlington, Virginia, I am a native to the Washington DC metro area. I have experienced the highs and lows of the DC Metro real estate market. From the market lows of the 1980 where nothing moved, to the red-hot times of the early this century I have been involved and participating in the market.
I also have experience in staring and running commercial businesses along with owning and managing numerous commercial properties myself. In addition to my real estate experience, I also have a BS degree from the University of Maryland in Computer and Information Science.
